Videography was always my passion and my dream job. It’s even difficult for me to call it a job, as I consider my profession as a hobby of my life. Meeting new people, catching their vibe and being a part of the happiest moments of their lives — isn’t that a dream?
Before every event I usually receive a lot of questions from couples. So I decided to gather all the tips I find useful. I hope this information will help you and make your day more calm and comfortable.
Videography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever.
Month Before Wedding
We’ll have a meeting to discuss all the details about your wedding, you dreams and vision. I’ll send you out a brief questionnaire about wedding venue, guests and schedule. All this information is very helpful for me and everything will go smoothly on the big day.
Timing
We will confirm everything we discussed a month ago, I need to make sure that there are no significant changes. We will confirm time and place where we will meet on the wedding day.
The Wedding Day
The day has come and your only task is to enjoy it fully, no worries, you’ll get a beautiful film! I will follow you during the day and make sure all moment are captured. The only suggestion here is not to pay attention to me lol just be in the moment.
Film Delivery
After the wedding day, I will work on delivering your highlight film. Approximately 4-6 weeks I will send a link where you can download your film to your phone. If you have an iPhone I am able to share the film instantly to you through a shared playlist.
Shot List Suggestions
We will discuss early on which family members and friends you would definitely like me to pay attention to during your day. Here are just a few suggestions I would like to add into your film

Getting Ready
I love those getting ready shots before the event begins. For me as a videographer, it is important that the location is bright and spacious. So I recommend as much natural light as possible. But again, we will discuss all these details during our meetings before your wedding day.
Additional Tips & Ideas
If you’ll decide to have a color palette for a dress code, it will be great for me. As such weddings usually look much better on video. Also you can consider having a phone free weddings. All videos and pictures will be taken by your team, don’t worry, they will be amazing, you just enjoy every moment of the day.
